I know it may sound dumb, but is there any possible way to set up a lightning rod and connect it to something that could capture the energy from the strike and reuse it for consumer use?

In this picture it is labeled as #2....It is known as a "Sleeve" (and its part number is: 210-352-00-43). I did not use it when installing my new control arm...Can someone tell me, what is a sleeve used for...is it really necessary since when i put the bolts into place on the car it feels very secure already.

Basically, he believes that homosexuality is handled badly by a majority of Christians, but that it's still a "sin". He says "Though many will try to say otherwise, and there are SOME cases which contradict, but a large part of the homosexual community came to have these feelings through circumstance, much of the time not in their own control. Impressionable children who don't have a father figure, or are abused. Dysfunctional families. Rape or molestation."

What are your thoughts?
(And remember - this is very much not my own opinion.)

Okay, when I was little I went to a babysitter and I had this friend(lets call him Bob), and he was like my best friend. I'm two years older then him...I'm a Junior in high school and He's a Freshman...I haven't talk to him in a really long time...I said hi to him the other day and I don't think he really wanted to talk to me. But he's having a really hard time...his mom just tried to kill herself, and their power and water and all that stuff just got cut off...I want to know what I can do to help him. I want to write a letter and tell him that I'm here if he ever needs me and I still love him because he was one of my best friends...but do you think this would make things worse?
I'm really afraid that he's going to get pushed to his limit and do something stupid like his mom tried...I just want to help...what do you think about the letter?

Who thinks the A's will sweep Tampa Bay like they swept Toronto?.Hopefully they will ,being that the Devil Rays aren't even over the .400 mark ,so if we lose the series against them then we have no hope although it seems we've had no hope ever since after the All Star Break. Hopefully they can win alot of games in the up coming weeks.

My brother's wife is going to have a baby and they want my parents to name it if it is a boy. They already have one little boy named John Ryan Quinn. My parents named him also. 8/22/07 Yahoo article says that fan (Matt Murphy) will have to pay taxes on potentially valuable baseball.

The 21-year-old New York man said Tuesday he had no choice but to sell the ball — several people told him he would be taxed on the souvenir just for holding on to it.

"It wasn't hard. It was simple math. I'm upset by the decision I had to make," Murphy said. "I wanted to keep it. I'm young. I don't have the bank account. ... It would have cost me a lot more to keep it."

I think this was bad advice. Doesn't it make more sense that he'd pay taxes only WHEN he sells it, otherwise who and what determines taxable value?

If he inherits stock from a relative, he doesn't have to pay taxes on it until he sells it.

Am I looking at this the wrong way?

ok well i believe im constipated..wel i want to go to the toilet but then when i go cant go (for a number 2) and its so very painfull,so some came out (after a very painfull 5 minutes) but it was so big and long,about 7 c.m. there was also some blood in it,where sthis blood from???? what causes constkipation and how long untill it goes away??? also is there anything i can do to make it less painfull as i feel like i need to go now,AGAINi wil be grateful for any answers you can give me.thank you

This is the sencond month they have been tenants. Their first rent was 4 days late, their second rent was 3 days late. They have yet to produce proof of renters insurance (I do have the property / dwelling covered, yes). I am concerned that the reason they have not switched the ultilities is because they are having issues with credit (it was average, their inome was sufficient and they arranged a co-signer for the credit). How should I handle this?? They tried to tell me they would give ME the payment for the bills and I could send it in, and that they will "be sure to take care of getting the name switched on the account." But, I was not very happy with that solution and asked them to contact the utilities first.
