carrots, sunflower seeds (without the shell), crackers, tomatoes, pepers, red and green, ham or turkey. eggs. salads are great you can add most anything and it will be good.

even cooked steak on salad mmmmmmm

Capers
Pickled green peppercorns
Pickled beets
Pickled asparagus
Hearts of palm
Pickled artichoke hearts
Crumbled real bacon
Sliced pickled jalapenos

cucumbers, shredded cheese, tomatoes and a crumbled up egg yolk! Put some ranch on top and YUMMMMY

I like to mix different greens, spinach, romaine, etc. I also like to add black olives, sunflower seeds(the ones u can buy already cracked), bell pepper, red onion, eggs, cheese, some times.. crushed tortilla chips. just depends on my mood...
