my father just passed away on aug 1.2007,and my son had a dream of him the other day. and my son is 9,and my son could not make this up because he would never in a million years say what my dad said to him. so i actually think my dad spoke to him, that being said he told him something that when my son told us we would believe he told him from the other side, and if he said granpa said to me in a dream he misses us that would be like oh thats nice son but he didnt get that,my dad told him" tommy do you know the pictures of jesus, well he doesnt look like that at all"... i found this very comforting and i was amazing and still heart felt by it,and do you agree that my son could not have made this up and do you believe? if you dont i hope that this may inspire 1 person to believe in jesus and to believe that there is life after death,i have other awesome stories about angels leaving dimes too and it didnt happen until someone told me it and i have over 10 dimes from dad,no pen, nicks,or qua

I am not the religious type although I was raised a catholic. However, I do believe your son spoke to your father. I have spoken to mine, he passed away when I was 3 and he has even spoken to my boyfriend. Seems weird and people on here will probably think we are wackos but it all comes down to faith. My mother told me that when my father past away that he came back for her. If was a few days after he pass. He came to her in a dream. He told her he didn't want to leave her behind. He picked her up and was carrying her out the room. When she turned around and looked at the bed where her body was, she saw me lying next to her and asked him to let her stay because if they both went then there would be no one left to take care of me. My mother is super religious and till this day (im 29) she believes he came for her.

Firs of all, I'm sorry for your lost.
I don't want to doubt the existence of Jesus and life after death. But I think that in your case there is something else going on. When I was a child my sister died and I was all the time seeing her in my dreams in all kind of miraculous ways. I don't think that your son made it up, it is just that children are deeply touched by events like that. His dream is a result of the interaction of his thoughts and feelings.
In any case I wish you and everyone else never to loose your faith, because this makes people's life better.

i'm sorry to your loss. could your father's memory constantly be for a blessing. Scripture tells us that the lifeless are asleep. They comprehend no longer something, and that they do no longer touch us. it could desire to have been a imaginative and prescient from our Father, yet who can say. the topic of "pictures" is a solid one for christians. we are to have no pictures in our faith. for this reason no one has ever seen God and lived to tell approximately it. If a guy ever observed Him, he could actual make a picture of Him. you have have been given to comprehend that the pictures are merely from some guy's mind's eye. we have no thought what our Savior gave the effect of. Your son is maximum in all probability suited in that way. My father kicked the bucket in 2000, and that i had some fairly vibrant objectives of him. objectives of this way at the instant are not something yet objectives. i do no longer recommend any disrespect, yet we could desire to constantly save interior the obstacles of Scripture. Sorry to your loss. you're in an somewhat susceptible place genuine now by way of fact it grew to become into so cutting-edge. I want you the excellent and a rapid restoration.

It usually takes "time" for the dead to cross over... that is "time" for us. For them there is no such thing as time... I truely believe that your son has been blessed to have his grandfather contact him. And I do believe that he is doing exactly that! Enjoy him! Coins - of any kind are left by those on the other side asking you to remember them!

I like your story and I find it comforting, too. Resist the temptation to overanalyze it...it's a faith-based gift and should be recieved in that vein.
