I have had depression, general anxiety and social anxiety for most of my life.
It is only now that I am older that I realise what my problems are.
Every area of my life is severely affected.
Please could I have some advice on dealing with these issues, although one part of me would like to heal another is thinking that this wont change and I am getting close to giving up.

It was the final examination for an introductory English course at the local university. The examination was two hours long, and exam booklets were provided. The professor was very strict and told the class that any exam that was not on his desk in exactly two hours would not be accepted and the student would fail. A half hour into the exam, a student came rushing in and asked the professor for an exam booklet.

"You're not going to have time to finish this," the professor stated sarcastically as he handed the student a booklet.

"Yes I will," replied the student. He then took a seat and began writing. After two hours, the professor called for the exams, and the students filed up and handed them in. All except the late student, who continued writing. A half hour later, the last student came up to the professor who was sitting at his desk preparing for his next class. He attempted to put his exam on the stack of exam booklets already there.

The flooding over the weekend took out about 6 foot off the sides of our bridge. There is just enough for a vehical to pass. We live on a dead end private road, with it being the sole way in and out for our neighbors and ourselves. It is a gravel road with a 36 inch tin horn. From the top of the bridge to the creek bed is about 15' deep. If we loose one more foot of road we'll be shut in. Is there any assistance we can get? We're tring to get the county to take it over so the school bus can come down and pick up our kids. If that doesnt work are there any programs with soil conservation, fema that we could try? Who should we contact for assistance?

the costs of exploring space are "astronomic", but are vital for the continuance of the the human specie (as we know it)...the present human conflicts and power struggles are not cost effective and waste billions through warfare etc....(albeit we have technological breakthroughs as a result that benefit us too)

They're going for about the same sort of money these days. It will only be used for light work, the odd car body plate etc. Obviously one doesn't require spending out on gas bottles but is the finish as good with the flux cored wire?
Any ideas on ease of use of each?

Good morning NASCAR Nation.....
I got up to check out the weather forecast for Brooklyn, Mich. where the race is supposed to be held today and this is what it's looking like........

TODAY: Periods of rain with a few thunderstorms likely. High around 65F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Rainfall may reach one inch. Localized flooding is possible.
THIS EVENING: Showers and thundershowers likely. Low 61F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%. Rainfall possibly over one inch.

It doesn't sound to great. I guess all we can do is hope and pray the weather clears up long enough to run the race. I can't take another day of being deprived of not being able to see some Nextel / Sprint Cup Racing.

and i would like all the advice of what i could do to improve my appearance. i am already gettin braces and my teeth clean. and the thing in my eye, thats a birthmark. i don't wear makeup, should i start? all i do is put my hair up in a pony tail. what else could i do with my hair? its really really thick. wavy on top, curly on the bottom. and when i straighten it it takes about 3 hours to do so i rarely straighten it. its about 3-4 inches longer than my shoulders. any advice will be taken!!!also im 16.
