No doubt he will just get a slapped wrist yet again! Pathetic. People get arrested for not paying their council tax or get fined for throwing a cigarette butt on the floor. Yet he will probably get away with this for the umpteenth time! Its clearly not who you know, but how much money you have in this day and age!

I even have not lived in England for 11 years and have not have been given any theory who Pete Doherty is. All i'm able to confirm in this question is that he has been arrested lower back. I wasn't conscious that being arrested replaced into data of guilt. Are the human beings baying for his blood forgetting that decrease than British regulation, you're harmless till shown to blame

It was to be expected........what went wrong? I thought the Libertines were a good band, and after they broke up I had hoped Pete would continue to make good music (say what you like about his drug use, but he was a good songwriter).......but it seems it all went to his head and he became the countrys most famous junkie instead.........I think a spell in jail would be good for him, because obviously rehab in some cushy clinic just isn't working.........but I've got a feeling all he'll get is a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again...........the guy just seems to be able to get away with it, even though he shouldn't. How many times has he been arrested now? I've lost count!!!!

The man is a waste of space ........ and the judiciary system is pathetic. They throw a man in jail who won't pay his council tax but won't bother to jail Pete who is up on his 1 billionth charge .....

I don't see the point in releasing him only for him to inevitably be arrested again for more or less the same offence. A couple of years sewing mailbags in the slammer will sort him out. I hope his cell-mate makes him his b*tch.

I think he needs a really good help, he is not that bad, just notorious about his drug abuse...
he is a young artist, who I believe has a bit screwed up thinking about his way of living, and should really seek a proper help and to realise that his success should be based on his music rather than the number of drug related arrests and split ups with Kate Moss...
