We just bought a house with a swing set in the back yard, the old owners put boards up and filled it with wood chips, they are old and molded and it's full of weeds...what is the best thing to put under it that is cheap and low on maint.

My mom and I have a strained relationship for years. I am not sure what her reasons are other than she seems to be comptetative or was when I was a teen. My reasons are that she has made bad choices in the men she has chosen, and picked controlling possessive types that always took priority when they were in the picture and had little to do with me. I suddenly spent extra time at my grandparents and my mom became distant and in a haze when she was around them. The bad thing is she married the last one and its sad but her personality completely changed. She rarely laughs or seems happy and when I visit there is tension in the air which is not fun and is uncomfortable for me. The question is, she writes to me and says how she wishes we could be closer. Should I be honest with why?

My kitten is about 10 weeks old. She is completely litter box trained and always uses it. There's one exception though... she keeps peeing on my bed. My bedroom is the first place she was introduced to when we took her home and she usually sleeps on my bed on next to it. She is able to easily get off the bed and go to the litter box which is located in the corner of my room. But she continues to make the decision to pee on my bed instead. I'm wondering if it is just a coincidence that every accident she has had has been in the same place or if I have done something to make her think it is okay. I'm not upset with her peeing on my bed (because I know most kittens have accidents) so much as I am worried that she'll make it a habit that will be hard to break in the future. What should I do? Or will she grow out of this? thanks for any info you can give me!

I have a tank that consists of platys, guppies, mollies, gouramis ans swordtails , i have noticed on all 3 of my mollies they have a kind of white fur on there eyes one of the mollies has it quite bad and the other two half as bad, just about noticeable. I have got them out of the main tank and now the fish in the tank are healthy and have no problems with there eyes - 1.)what is the disease the mollies had?
2.) Will the other fish get it ?
3.) What shall i do?
4.) Is there a cure/ slolution to put in the tank ? if so how much in british pounds?

I just started this month, so this is like a trial chart. I was only going by cycle length the previous days of charting, and I was clearly off.

Anywho, you think my chances are pretty good?
I know it's too early to tell, but I'm just trying to be hopefull this month, but not stressful.
I do realize that this might not be my month, but next month I'll know what I'm doing better chart wise.

I took my cat to the vet and she had a blather infection. They gave me liquid meds (pain killers) in a kind of eye drop to give here every night. That part I'm not worried about. Along with the pain killers they gave me antibiotics. They're small pills that I have to split in half and give her orally. She wont touch wet food so that method isn't an option. Does anyone have any ideas?

The whole draw of the show is suppose to be about "smart women, having intelligent conversation." Right? That's a load of crap! I've seen the show a few times now, over the past few months. My grandma died last week friday. I live in in the USA, she lived in Hungary. My boss told me, that I can take the 3 days bereavement leave even if I don't attend the funeral. 3 hours later (since they worried who was going to do my job for 3 days) they said I can't leave because I don't go to Hungary.

This is in the company policy:

"When death occurs in his/hers immeiate family (i.e. spouse, parent, child, brother, sister, mother/father-in-law, or grandparents), an employee, on request, will be excused for three (3) normally scheduled days of work (or such fewer days as the employee may absent) during the three (3) days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) immediately following the date of death provided funeral."

That was their excuse.....
