every day since the first day of school, this guy who i have in 6/8 of my classes that i really like is always staring at me and sighing (sometimeshe smiles too) in every one of them.
but, on friday, he asked another girl out.
when thay were going out,he would still sigh (and wink) .over the weekend, she broke up with him.when i asked her why she did, she told me that he had another gf. ive known him for a pretty long time and he seems way to nice to do that. but, he still looks at me and sighs every time a look at him.
was he trying to make me jealous(or does he like me)..or not?

The Human Papilloma Virus(HPV).transmitted via sexual intercourse can cause some cervical cancer in women and men as well.
I have been unable to find mention of any use of any kind of prophylactic in the Scriptures.
It seems that the use of condoms, male and female, is quite instrumental in the prevention of not only the usual STD's but this form of cancer as well.
To repeat the question, How should believers treat the use of condoms for men and the condoms made for women as well?

If you detected your surge or got a positive OPK reading on Aug 8, when did you ovulate? Aug 11? Also if I ovulated on Aug 11..would I say that I expect to get my period on 25 or 26? I usually have a 14 day luteal phase...hope i'm pregnant this time :)

It was found in a second hand store and shows signs of wear. It was initially working (shutter would fire, flash is functioning, film winder working), but then I changed the battery to a new one (PX625A at radio shack). Now shutter no longer fires and battery check says camera doesn't have much power (battery that was in the unit showed almost no power at all), which I'm guessing means the battery contacts are dirty. I put the original battery back in and the shutter still doesn't want to fire anymore. I can't tell if something jammed or the camera has locked itself up for some reason.

It can be that I really know that particular thing better than him/her. What is there to be offended?

Can't it be that that particular thing is my area of specialty, even though not offically documented? Maybe I have experience, maybe some special interest, or maybe just by growing up in that particular place I feel that I know it better? We are talking about the facts, and it is either you know it or not.

What is a nice way to express that you know what you are talking about, and you know it better, without alienating the other person?

It's really irritating. What are we going to do when they become law? Will mood lighting become a thing of the past, unless you get on a ladder and change the bulb for a lower wattage?

Also they tell you that they're equivalent to 60w or whatever, but they don't give the same light you would expect at that rating.

I'm not impressed, and I can't say I've seen any discernable drop in my electricitty bill, either.

I burned my leg about four days ago on the muffler of my b/fs motorcycle. it hurt but seemed fine for two days, i put aloe vera on it (straight from the plant leaf) and that helped, it immediately peeled but the next day it turned black then went back to normal then the next day it turned black again now it is red and looks infected, yellowy-pus like and slightly red and it really hurts, so i've been putting neosporin on it to keep it from being infected and taking ibuprofen and letting it get lots of air. i think its a third degree burn and my muscles ache. i can walk on it but if i stand still it hurts and the only thing that helps is if it's elevated. anyways other than neosporin and aloe vera, what else would help? my boyfriend said saltwater would help heal it a lot so i tried to look it up on the net and couldn't find an answer. anyone else there have a clue?

Ok. This is so gross but we have roaches. We found one last week (texas sized) and called an exterminator. The guy came in and sprayed some stuff and left, without talking to us.
Ever since, I see a roach almost every morning. We always kill it though.

Is our problem getting worse or do you think this stuff is working? I have no idea what he sprayed and now I'm bleaching everything again to try to help the problem myself.

They've grounded me until i go back to school in like 10 days. they did it this morning (at midnight).

I'm not even allowed out of my room! all they've done it for, is so I cant go out an meet this person they dont want me to see because they hate this person's guts. I've been in my room for just over 13 hours and i'm bored out of my head. I'm allowed out for water and food and stuff you know. and they havnt taken away my tv or my laptop (obviously or i wouldnt be able to write this), or my ipod or any of my stuff, just my life!

do you think this is fair?

ok, this is NOT a question for the marriage section. I want opinions on divorce and re-marriage from a christian, spiritual, (or whatever religion you happen to be, there are lots)

A woman gets married. She believes she loves the man very much. They are around 20. They have a couple of children. Throughout the first few months things go quite well. Then the husband stops working. He loses one job after another. He doesn't help with the house or bills. She is forced to leave both young children and work while still maintaining the home. He is usually out all night and has gotten involved in drugs. (he uses $$ for drugs that should be payig bills which results in them being evicted and having to move in with her brother and his family) He leaves her for a month because he needs freedom. She takes him back. Nothing changes. She is still supporting them, paying a small amount of rent at her brothers. He goes out one night and doesn't return. He is gone 2 weeks. She calls everyone..
