According to the theory of evolution, the first life arose randomly from a "chemical soup". (I know this is abiogenesis and not evolution, but I'm ignoring the distinction because otherwise my argument would be worthless.)

Creation scientist Em Adjineri (say her name out loud) has attempted to replicate the spontaneous generation of life. She started with a soup (chicken noodle, I think) and added various chemicals from under her sink to make a "chemical soup." She then shined a light on this chemical soup and sealed it (to prevent bacteria from the air from mixing with the soup.)

The theory of evolution says that eventually the soup should start to create life. Em Adjineri waited five whole minutes, but life did not randomly generate! This proves that abiogenesis is impossible, and therefore that evolution is impossible.

Since creationism is the only possible alternative to evolution, (I'm ignoring other alternatives because it helps my argument) creationism must be true!

Recently my ex and i tried to get back together per say. But mainly it was an act because his parents were down & going to stay at my house. I think mainly because he didnt want his parents to see how he was really living with his ex girlfriend & was too embarrassed of her & she wasnt good enough to meet his parents. So he went to extremes & moved all of his stuff into my house & made it feel like home to him. Perfectly ok with me. Well his best friend calls and tries to start ****. Well he calls my cell phone to talk to my ex & tells me that he is in love with his best friend's girlfriend but he wasnt calling to start **** between me and my ex & he didnt want to ruin the friendship with my ex either. And then he told me that my ex had moved his ex in with another friend of his. Also my ex's ex gf had been having and affair with his best friend while they were still living together. She is nasty white trash. Is this normal ? I know it isnt!! And he left all his stuff at my house!!!

I want to start with commercials when I'm done with acting school or while in acting school, and then move on to the bigger things gradually like tv shows, movies, etc. Are commercials small enough or should I start smaller?

We're supposed to get married on October 21, 2007. We didn't send out the invatations yet though. A few days ago, my cousin came over and I hadn't seen him in 5 years so I was so happy to see him. I hugged him and then my fiancee showed up and he assumed I was cheating on him. He never saw my cousin before but he didn't even talk to me!! I keep thinking about what if we're married and he assumes I'm cheating on him with another person which I'd never do!!!! I know how it feels because my dad cheated on my mom and I saw her in pain all the time. I know it's wrong but he thinks I'm cheating! I've tried calling and he didn't pick up. I tried going to his house but he wasn't home. I'm really confused. It's making me so sad and I keep crying. Should I dump him?

My husband , whom I believe contacted lyme
disease last year, has had a heck of a time getting diagnosed. Tests for lyme are very bed and only test positive for around 5% of patients who are actually positive for the disease. His Lyme tests were neg. and the Dr.'s just want to say that he didn't have it . I have studied probably 100 hours trying to figure out what was going on with him. I believe he has Lyme. The only other condition that resembles his is Fibromyalgia.He was almost paralyzed at first. He did get the Dr.s to go ahead and treat with antibiotics. He is much improved but not 100%.The question he has is to those who have experienced Fibromyalgia or Lyme disease... Did your muscles feel like they were swelling in lumps and stinging, stinging, stinging? I put it that way because that's how he described it. Not like a constant sting but sting,stop,sting,stop,sting, stop?

I was substituting a fellow teacher's class the other day. Innocent nine year olds right? Well I learn after recess... from one of the other boys of this one kid's conversation.

He told the other boy, wouldn't it be great if we had a jacuzzi at school cause then i could get in with mrs *me* and we could then *****dont want to get suspended from Y!A again*****

I didn't know nine year olds could talk like this? Am I supposed to blow this off since it was a snitch or should I talk to the kid's parents?

I heard that JK Rowling said that someone would perform magic quite late in life in book seven, I was just wondering if anyone had noticed who it was?
I have read the book twice and while if no-one can answer I will reread it looking for the answer myself I was just hoping someone else had picked up on who it was already, if they could tell me it would save me the job of rereading the book myself.

Hi,
I am taking care of my neighbor's two cats while they are on vacation. One of them always meows and comes towards me, but know do I know if she is friendly or not? She sounds nice, but I have had a bad experience with a cat once and just want to know what people think. Thanks
