Wine hands down. Wine is the most common form of drink in the world other than water. In fact, a few years ago it passed beer as the most widely comsumed alchoholic beverage in the US. There is a reason for this.... It is the only alchoholic drink that can be paired with every single food on the planet. Beer is great but lacks the pairing quality. Champagne is essentially wine with the carbonation still in it from the wine making process but does not have the same range.

Beer in the pub, wine with a meal, and champagne to toast something special only, (not too keen on champers).
Oh, and lots of water before going to bed.

Wine. Beer is too harsh and champagne isnt all its cracked up to be. Plus some wine is good for you. tastes great.
