The Big Cat played 19 years in the majors, from 1985-2004 and had 2,333 career hits, 399 HR's, 1,425 RBI's and .288 BA. Even though he played during the steroid era, I don't think their were ever any allegations against him that he used. Those are pretty hefty numbers and he pretty much played his entire career at first base. He was a 5 time all star, 2 time gold glove winner and won the NL batting title in 1993, posting a .370 BA. Pretty good numbers for a naturally big guy, listed at 6' 3" 245#, but probably more like 265#. Galarraga had around 9 dominating years between 1993-2001. I think he probably won't get in for a long time. Does anyone think Dave Kingman will ever get in? Kingman played 16 seasons from 1971-1986 and was a dominant slugger, hitting, 442 HR's, 1,210 RBI's, 1,575 hits, but a poor BA at .236. I think that low BA is keeping him out.

OK so we all know girls tend to get moody every now and again lol.. BUT i know some guys who seriously get VERY moody, worse than any girl around certain times lol..

Everyone said I could not do it and when people find out about it they are amazed that I made it. Why is it so amazing, if you can ride a 1000cc bike across north america why not a 250cc. What I am asking is why is it a big deal that I made it here on a Rebel.
PS. I put 4000 miles in four days and not one thing on that bike whent wrong. I think the rebel is one of the greatest bikes ever made.

My mortgage company was bought out by another one. They have sent me a letter which allows me to choose what my new rate to based on: the CODI (Certificates of Deposit Index), or the Wachovia COSI, which is their Cost of Savings Index.

I can't find any information online which compares these indexes, so I have no idea which would be best. Does anyone have information about this, and how to make an informed decision?

I am concerned that one or the other could wildly fluctuate separate from the market.

I am doing a National History Day Project and I want some help choosing topics. So, if you look at it through a long distanced telescope, from high above ... the lovely planet Earth is crawling with parasites who feed from her and drain her. She tries to get rid of them by using earthquakes and hurricanes and whatever to drown them or kill them off.
But they keep on increasing in number.
Some she doesn't mind - trees and certain plants actually give her a good massage under her skin. But one parasite is becoming too expansive and dangerous.
Would that be humans?
