Each time I go on internet MY CPU jumps to like 60%
And also my System Idle Process is at 99 is that high or is it ok for this
Also when watching windows media player my CPU jumps to 60% :S

Its it not at all abnormal for the CPU to jump up when you do something, that is normal in fact becasue whenever you do something the CPU is being used. System Idle Process is basically the percentage of the CPU that is idle, hence this should be very high most of the time, unless you are doing a lot.

This is normal activity as long as it does not stay there for more than a few minutes except for with media player -it will use cpu time. System idle at the highest level is best for performance
