Is there any way I can technically be compensated for the service itself (gathering the wine, food, setup etc...) without needing a license? For example, If entry to the event (limited to 30 people) is $15 and I am not to itemize charges for the liquor (e.g. by the glass), could I legally argue that I am not profiting off of the wine itself, but rather for the event as a whole? Would I need a temporary license?

My car's battery light has been flipping on and off for the past three to four months. It always comes on after I've been driving for a while in the extreme heat. The car runs fine; however, I would say maybe twice over the entire summer (I make at least four trips a day) once I put the car in park it shut down. It always started again and drives fine.

It's been in the shop last year for this same problem. No problems were found for me to spend so much money. That's why I'm hesitant about taking it in again, but don't wish to break down either. I don't mind spending money to fix a problem, but not to be told there is nothing wrong.

Any advice? If the battery really wasn't able to charge, wouldn't it be dead after three to four months by now?

The government keeps telling me I am free and live in the freest country of the world, yet will not allow me to travel to Cuba. A country we are not at war with, and one that is not attacting our citizens. But I can go to China, a country that does not allow personal freedom to its people, and one that has killed it own people because they wanted to be free.

B threatened A that they would contact A's employer and tell them about what was going on, if A did not do a certain thing by a certain date for their client. 1. Three gay men walked into a forest
They were laughing and prancing
When they came upon a native chief
He captured the 3 of them and said
"Go out into the forest and each find me a different fruit"
So the three gay men went into the forest
The first guy brought back his fruit
Then the chief said
"You must shove them up your *** without laughing or crying, or you will be shot to death"
So the first gay man had a banana
He got it 3/4 up but started crying.
He was shot and went up to heaven
The second guy had 10 grapes
Then the chief said
"You must shove them up your *** without laughing or crying, or you will be shot to death"
He got 9 of them up, when he started laughing histarically.
Up in heaven, he was with the first guy who said "Dude, you almost had it! why did you start laughing?"
The second guy smiled and said "Because I saw the last guy coming with a pineapple"
