There are 2.54 cm. in 1 inch
67/2.54= 26.38 inches
There are 12 inches in a foot
26.38/12=2.2 ft.
Of course a faster way is to know that 1 ft. = 30.48 cm. so 67/30.48= 2.2 ft.
Either way it works.

so 67 cm=67/2.54 in
& =67/(2.54*12) ft
=2.2 ft(app) ans
