I have a young 4 year old cat who has had ongoing kidney problems and stayed many times in the animal hospital. His last visit the vet said he's done all he can and to just take him home and comfort him till the end...as he is experiencing no pain (we hope and pray this is true), he is very dopey though, like he was drugged.
He drinks water continuously but will eat nothing. The vet keeps saying it is important to get him to eat..and he 'may' have a chance.(though slim). We have tried everything...all his favorites..he wont touch anything.
Does anyone had a similar situation and have any suggestions to get him to eat? He is a beautiful loving cat and we hate to give up on him.
Can anyone help us?? The whole family can't stop crying over losing him.

Is it just me, or is there really major weirdness with the weather around the world lately--earthquakes in places where hardly any are reported, tornadoes in Brooklyn, etc.? Is this the result of global warming, or is this part of a bigger weather cycle? What's the deal?

I'm 17 girl from Macao. My friend sent me a sex toy as a birthday present and today I just received a notice of item's arrival. I think they'll the contents.. This year in 8th grade I am doing cross country. I didn't do it last year though. We started practice on the 7th and it is the 9th so we have had 3 days of practice. We practice from 8-9:30 every morning except on the weekends. Over the 3 days that we have had practice we have done a lot of running. Our coach told us to go at our own pace which I do. Now my legs hurt anytime I move them. My right knee is also hurting. Is this normal and what can I do to minimize the pain?

In INDIA its all known and mandatory that people receive money from parents (inherirance). Does this really required for a developing nation? All the developed nations does not have this "inheritance" policy. If inheriting property/money is removed from the law in INDIA does our nation becomes a developed nation as the money(hidden in Swiss banks/ black money) comes out?

Looking at course ratings/descriptions...
I understand that the yardage is the number of yards from the tee box to the center of the green. (championship, member, forward tees)

I understand that the par number is the total par for the 9 or 18 hole round.

What I don't get is 'slope'. I saw courses with similar total PAR ratings, with different 'slope' scores. The lower slope seemed to have shorter yardages -- but that wasn't always the case.
