I am a copywriter at a leading web firm. I've been here for over 1 year. When I ask for work, boss says there is work in the pipe-line ; yet to come.

Meanwhile I did an odd job for another department, but that's about it. Even they say they have no work for me now, even though I know there is enough and more work there for me.

Have not been given any work for the last 3 weeks. Whilst other copywriter has been given 2 big projects.

No one says anything bad to me either. Am just browsing the web all day. What is heppening do you think? What should I do?

InshAllah I call upon all religious people to please help in understanding what all that means, surely we can't all be right! Or can they be all saying the very same thing about each other in succession as Allah SWT described in the Quran 1428 years ago in Perfection.

nobody understands. i dont wanns be gay. i wanna be like every one else. im 13 and wanna be straight. dont give me oh just accsept your self crap cuase imnot gonna take it. i wanna be straihgt and live a normal life. I know its not ture that i was born gay. if ur born gay then ull have the feeling since the begging. i as sexually abused and that triggered or reinforced my gay feelings. so.......i have a classical guitar, and 3 strings broke, so i strung some new ones. and i'm not sure that i did it well. what can happen ??can they slide away so my guitar will always get out of tune??? ( i know that when they the strings are new they get often out of tune, but i replaced mine a week ago and it never stays tuned.)

A man drives to a gas station and has his tank filled up. The gas pumper spots two penguins sitting in the back seat of the car.
He asks the driver, "What's up with the penguins in the back seat?"

The man in the car says "I found them. I asked myself what to do with them, but I haven't had a clue."

The clerk ponders a bit then says, "You should take them to the zoo."

"Hey, that's a good idea," says the man in the car and drives away.

I know it's a male singer & the song is probably a couple or a few yrs. old, & it's a slow song. It goes something like:

She's gone

Or something like that.

I have it on my mp3 player & I'm not clear on who the artist is. I like the song, & I don't even remember how it got on there. Very strange.

If you haven't tried it (and actually waited to see the adult height) then don't tell me it doesn't work. I want to know whether or not it was correct for those who tried it.
Supposedly you check the child's height when they turn 2 and then double it to get their adult height. It was right on for my sister and I both (my sis was 35.5" tall at 2 and my mom thought no way would she grow to be that tall...she is now 5'11"!)

I was just thinking about this becuase at my girl's 18 month check-up, she measured 34" which means she'll be at least 5'8" and she still has 6 months to grow.
