I like it. It's nice, masculine, and nice again. A breath of fresh air -- especially when compared to names like Aiden, Jayden, Caden, Braden, Hunter, blechhh!!

first impression was yep that looks good, but just saying Roman LaNash doesn't seem to pack the same punch. Maybe Matthew Roman LaNash - Matthew LaNash sounds good

it sounds like you watch Days of Our Lives: a main hero is Roman Brady.

Roman sounds very manly. Solid. Intelligent. Am sure with such a name, his character will grow very well. Good choice.
Matthew sounds sweet. Matt sounds easy going and easy to say too and can be used by close friends. He can use that name if he feels Roman is too strong later on in life. He has a choice.
Nice mix of names. I wish him well.

Roman reminds me of the Romans, or Roman Catholic. You asked for the first impression. But that's only me, everybody else seems to like it. But um..it does sound nice together. It's nice.

I'm not really sure about the name Roman...it looks nice but always reminds me of Days of Our Lives!

I like it! He will be the only Roman in his classes so you won't have to worry about him being called "Roman L." Did you name him after Roman on Days of our Lives? Just curious! Congratulations on your baby!

okay im going to be very honest...
i absolutely hate roman. i like matthew.
i have a feeling that when the kid grows up other kids will make fun of him. its a silly name i think. i dont like it.
i love matthew though.
how about instead of roman matthew, matthew roman.
i like it better.
also i like matthew parker.

I like the name. Remember you are getting opinions from everywhere. I am from Canada and live in the UK. Some names that are popular here in the UK wouldn't be in Canada (ie. Harriet, Henry, Charlie etc.) and vice versa (Evan, Sydney, Summer etc.)
