I have short sleeping time per day, 5 hours, I wake up with stomach ache during night , A I drink several glasses of water each time to go to sleep again,how can I cure myself?

i see shifts being put on bonds, big papi and hafner

i know that a lot of times they have success hitting the ball up the middle or pull the middle and try to middle the ball on the bat...but during critical junctures of the games, why won't these guys bunt near the 3rd base line or slap the shot near the 3rd base?

this could disrupt the defense and runners on base could move up, the hitter could get on base and maybe an error might be commited

are they not skilled enough and can't handle the bat to hit the ball the other way in the infield or what?

pitchers are pitching them away so why won't these guys do it?

i mean look at hafner...his team could be running away with first place in the AL central if theywon more close games if he could come thru and play smart like that when a shift is placed on him in critical close games...he's having a bad year not hitting for power or average, why can't he do this and contribute to his team?

why can't lefties like him and others do that?

So there is this 25 year old guy I attend school with, who has a two year old daughter who is raising her alone (the mom is in a whole different state). I'm 19 no kids, but I really like him...ALOT. The problem is I have a 21 year old boyfriend who has recently been working my nerves, it's like everything he does seems so immature to me now, and I'm not sure how to tell him that he needs to do some changes or me and him can't be together anymore. Christians like to brush off the horrible things found in the OT by saying that Christians live by the NT. Well put that aside and soley focus on what kind of God you're worshipping! The God of the OT and the NT is still the same God! In the OT God murdered, approved slavery, was a sexist, and etc...how do you justify those horrible things God did back then? To kill a first born child who God Himself put in a woman's womb is purely sadistic! Innocent children were murdered by your loving God! Women were oppressed, they had to be silent in church! Were women more sinful then men? God approved of masters beating their slaves!

The point is, I don't care if you live by the old or new testament! The fact is that your God is a sadistic, unethical, cruel, and ruthless God! If you think differently, please elaborate. I really would like to know what kind of context would make those evil verses right.

I am new at this, so not quite sure how it goes. I guess i will just break out in song and let you know my question...My husband is a local police officer for the town that we live in. He arrested two males hauling a semi truckload of pot about a year ago. The case was dropped due to someone allegedly not fingerprinting the evidence. We went outside on friday and there was a subpoena on our windshield, no envelope, that i suppose had been sent or faxed to the p.d. and the asst. cheif left it on our windsheild. The trial i am guessing is for the "main man" that these men were delivering to, my husband never had any contact with him. So the trial is in federal court. We live in Arkansas, it is in New Mexico, over 1400 miles round trip. Is this legal?? Can they give him 9 days notice (yes NINE DAYS! ? Can they make him show up to that state?? Also, he has to worry about getting out of it the right way, due to his job. I need to know the stipulations...he does not want to go!
