Just got back from a week in Cornwall and got a slight problem - On thursday I went surfing, and when I got back to the beach I took off my wet suit and applied a fresh layer of sun cream everywhere........ apart from my feet (mainly as they were covered in sand). Aside from the usual sunburn, they've also swollen and I can feel fluid sloshing about on the top of each foot down towards my toes - anyone else ever had this? I've been applying plenty of moisturiser, ice packs and taking anti inflammatories, but the swelling still doesn't seem to be subsiding.

Has anyone had this before and what have you done about it?

(And yes I'm quite aware that it was stupid of me not to apply suncream to my feet, so please no patronising comments that I should have done so in the first place - that doesn't help - hindsight is a beautiful thing and it's a bit late now to tell me what I should have done 3 days ago!)

He was crucified and three days later was resurrected on the Pagan holiday of Easter. The truly weird thing about this finding is the story of Mithra is dated back to 12th century BCE.

i'm a vegetarian, and i am really trying hard to be a vegan but i can't do it because i'm always hungry and i don't have time to make special meals every day to ensure i'm getting adequate amounts of protein, and a few essential vitamins and minerals. it's also hard socially because i'm going out a lot and there's never anything vegan friendly. i'm someone who can't go hungry without getting irritable and i hate the feeling,i'm not a nice person to be around! once i eat something vegetarian i just tell myself "well i've already screwed up, i may as well make the most of it and start again tomorrow"
in other words i'm a lazy vegan-wannabe.
i guess what i'm asking for you to do is just reinforce the reasons why i should become a vegan. i'm being stupid and lazy and need a kick in the head to wake up. i don't eat meat, never... it's just small things like dairy and products containing eggs... those sorts of things.
i'm not taking it seriously and i wish that i could.

My husband is a black jack dealer in the 5th largest casino in the world. But he finds that when he is required to use 8 decks instead of 6, hardly anyone wins. Why is this? Why the difference? It's driving him nuts not knowing.

I recently bought a 2nd hand boat with a suzuki DF 140hp 2004 model and the trim gauge is not working. I have 12v at the gauge when I turn on the ignition. When I ground (ie earth)out the sender wire the gauge needle moves from 'fully down' to 'fully up'. So, I figure the problem is with the sender - any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this problem?? been divorced for 2 years---her idea---we have 2 boys--were married for 16 years. After divorce, she lost her job, tried committing suicide, moved in with a 50 year old man. To me this seems ridiculous, because we are talking about the same God here, in the Old Testament and the New Testament, right. So, why wouldn't God say, hey the Jews should be more like the Christians or vice versa? The differences in religions and beliefs makes the idea of a God seem a little ridiculous.
