This kind of assertion OBVIOUSLY negates the Bible as a useful guidebook for life.

Since you believe in the bible, HOW CAN YOU BELIEVE IN ALL THE ABSURDITIES IN IT ?
This is just one, let's do not mention talking snakes, donkeys, people swallowed by a whale and survive in the stomach (like pinocchio's story), Noah's ark, A WORLD FLOOD THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE , there are millions of absurdities .
WHY ARE YOU WILLING TO POISON YOUR MIND WITH SO MUCH NONSENSE?

I recently picked up a used Bundy student model trombone. It is a simple slide trombone, but the tuning slide is stuck. I was wondering if there were any effective/safe ways to unstick the tuning slide without having to take it in to a shop for repair.

I was sitting on a river bank, enjoying the fine day, when this gigantic crocodile came out of the river. I ran away, and he - after me. Crocodiles can run with the speed of up to 300 km per hour (186 miles), so I thought I was done. Luckily, there was a tree, and I climbed it (crocodiles can't climb trees). He is below, waiting. I tried to show him my bag and explain that if he would not go, he will be turned into one, but he seems to be very slow and obtuse. I tried to make him go and get someone smarter, his cousin, for example, or somebody, to explain this to him. But he does not move, and clicks his teeth at me expectantly.
What should I do? Help!

I really think I need my back popped back into place. When I look into the mirror while standing, my body's crooked. My right hip is higher than my left and it hurts extremely bad to walk.

I've always been skeptical about chiropractors because they're not doctors. They only go to school for 3 years and they're not allowed to prescribe medicine.

Has anyone been cracked at the chiropractor who can tell me if they really know what the hell they're doing? And if so, does it hurt? Because my back hurts to bad, if some chiropractor did something to make it hurt any worse, I'd either pass out from the pain, or kill the chiropractor

I have heard of the 7 IIT campuses, NITs, but I've never heard of BITS. Is it public or private? Does it have any reputation?
Is it pathetic or okay? I've always heard limitless praises of IIT, but BITS is new in the hood for me.

My friends say, " Those who can't make it to IIT are idiots and some of them go to BITS." What is this BITS?

I searched through google and found it is there since 1929 and is ranked 6th. How the hell?

Personally, I don't think it is anything compared to IIT. IIT ranks 3rd in the world after MIT and Stanford, but this unknown BITS is nowhere and I guess it should be no where.

In the latest issue (September) of Golf Digest, Johnny Miller makes note in his monthly section about the weak play of young American players. In the article, he makes mention to the fact that Charles Howell III is the only U.S. player under 30 to have won more than once in his career. However, this statement is false. Jonathan Byrd, also currently under 30, has won three times on tour. I find this somewhat surprising that Miller would make such a mistake and would like to notify Golf Digest. My purpose in doing so would be simply to notify them of the mistake and hopefully fix it, not just to criticize Miller. I have seen many noted corrections in past issues, but am clueless in how I would go about notifying Golf Digest? What G.D. department should I email/call? Any suggestions? Thanks.

So one day I decided to show off in front of a guy i liked at the pool. he was just sitting by the deck and i showed him how freaking fast i could kick with a board. after four lengths i realized my nipples were showing because my top fell! i've shown interest before by flirting soooo i'm hoping he didn't think it was on purpose that this "accident" happened. he didn't saying anything about it...do you think a guy would ever think a girl did something like that on purpose?!
