any ideas ?
shoe does not want to take toxic medications , cant blame here there , she is in her upper 40s , and somewhat overweight , not a lot overweight , I have read that certain enzymes are good for this , from what I have read , vitalzyme eats fibrin , anyone tried this ? or something else ? please share , thank you

OK, first she needs to go to a doctor, because pain in her joints could be anything from tendinitis to arthritis to fibromyalgia. I'd also check her BMI to see if she's just overweight or actually obese, because that could tell her whether losing weight will help her health. Once she knows what is causing the pain, she can try things like acupuncture and alternative medications, but she can't do anything until she knows what it is.

Drinking ginger tea at bed time is particularly recommended for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Studies reveal that a vegetarian diet is beneficial in eliminating joint pain and Arthritis to a great extent.

Drinking Black Cherry juice (diluted with water) atleast twice a day has been proven beneficial for relief from Arthritis.

take some advil or tylenol. They're not very toxic medications. It should help relieve the pain. Then go and see a doctor asap.

Has she been checked for MS or Lymes disease?
