also, a little information on how that particular actor came to be the one there, being interviewed or auditioned would be interesting....
.ie: are they friends of friends.....are they someone youve seen in a film or on tv -and youve contacted their agent......are they a bunch of actors a casting director has sent you that they think might be suitable?

basically what is involved in the selection process..and what sorts of things do you do with the actors up untill shooting begins.

We are in the market for a home. Should we buy an expensive home with little things to fix up or should we buy a cheaper home with things that are going to need to be done. Ex. siding, roof, ect. The payments are about $160 in difference between the homes that we are looking at. Also, they are in the same neighborhood, but the more expensive were built in the 90's where as the cheaper ones were built in the 70's. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I've been wondering about whether Rap will go out of fashion. The music of Rap, and to be truthful, were a lot better and memorable in the 2000,1,2,3,4,5 era than now. I think nowadays Rap artists are spending less time on their songs. Its easy to remember all those old rap songs: e.g. Cold as Ice, Ante Up, Who's that girl? etc... If you do believe Rap will be out of fashion explain why and what will be the next big genre.

I do a lot of customer contact work on the phone. Customers often call, recognize my voice, call me by name then launch into their saga without giving me any clue as to who they are....

And, then some of them are offended when I finally give up and have to ask!
