Yes, she can have sex, but it would not be good at all. Her body is not done growing and if she has her peirod she could get pregnent [yes, even with a condom there is always that chance...don't take it] If you are thinking about having sex think about the reasons, see? The only reason people should have sex is if they want a child. So darling, save sex for when your marrierd or about to be.

At 11, her body isn't done growing yet and it could cause permanent damage. Plus an 11-year-old doesn't have the emotional development to choose to have sex for the right reasons, which means it is ALWAYS abuse. ALWAYS.

(11 is still a child, I think it's rediculous when a teenager has sex, but a child is out of the question).
