They will often repeat the lie that France, Germany, Russia etc. all claimed Iraq had WMD before the war.

They did not. They wanted inspections and if those inspections found no WMD, they wanted sanctions against Iraq lifted.

How much better the world would be now, if they had prevailed and Bush had not gotten his war.

I am a Christian and was reading some texts regarding sin. Here's what I found:
"Slaves, obey your masters with fear and trembling, in singleness of heart." 1 Corinthians 14:33-35
"Women shall be silent in churches, for they are not permitted to speak." Ephesians 6:5-6
Obviously, we no longer keep slaves and even in conservative churches women are allowed to speak. So, if we can disregard this, why all the hubbub about homosexuality and the Bible being taken literally?

and then today i went to see his family cause they invited me over to see everyone while he was at football camp.. and ever since the break up i have been depressed beyond belief (nothing was making me happy not even going out with my girls and family on road trips) but today while i was there i was happy and everything and his sister told me that he has or had my picture on his cellphone background with a banner saying i miss her so much.. and i looking in his room and he still had all of the gifts haning up on his wall and on his computer center..
my questions is do u think he still loves me and 2 do u thinkhe would take me back ? all of my friends sya if i get back with him they wont talk to me but i miss being happpy and i was happiest when i was with him!!!!

If a supernova were to take place in our galaxy, what is the maximum distance in light-years it could be from our solar system and still have the radiation from it turn our planet to plasma or slag (or both). Would we have any warning or was to detect it before the radiation front hit us. If you predict we could know it was coming before it destroyed us, how long would we have to wait? Notice I am looking for a maximum. Obviously a nova in closer proximity would do the same damage but the time from event to destruction would be a bit shorter.
