god himself gave man dominion over every living thing on the face of earth and also gave adam rule over eve because eve fed adam from the forbidden tree

Is this Sandstorm? Must be. Good point, though. My hubby is the head of the house, but that doesn't mean he's my lord and master or anything. It just means that in matters of importance I discuss things with him and if we can't reach an understanding I will gracefully back down. He treats me like the queen of the world, btw!

Bible as it is read today is NOT the word of god. It is an interpertation of the word of god, so I wouldnt put much stock in it.
Secondly Bible or any other heavenly book is nothing more than a book why coz I believe that god is a giant purple bunny. What makes your god any more real than mine.

Why do you think God made women from the flank bone?
It's because the flank bone is in the middle of the body..
He doesn't take from head bone so women WILL NOT HIGHER then men...
And He also doesn't take it from foot bone so women WILL NOT LOWER then men...
It mean EQUAL...
I think you should go to church then just read the bible and figure them your self...=)

Men wrote the Bible, not God. I seriously doubt God even "inspired" the fecal drivel in the Bible regarding "man's dominion". Men were obviously insecure about their place in the world so they set themselves up to have "dominion over every living thing on the face of earth".
