Why do so many people ask questions that have nothing to do with Alternative Medicine on the Alternative Medicine Y!A board? Do you think they just don't know what "Alternative Medicine" means?

Sometimes people will be reading stuff in a category and then suddenly think of an unrelated question to ask, so they ask before they forget. If you ask from a category, Answers automatically suggests the category you were just in, so it's likely that they forgot to set it to the correct one. That's the only explanation I can think of for the computer questions and the like that show up here.

A very good question, I must say.
You are right, we can assume they are newbies to the net maybe and just getting ther bearings and how it works. Now what would you say about a lot of people who are so called specialists in their Medical fields and they answer questions about Alternative Medicine when they don't have any idea about what they are talking about :o)
Beats me. Sometimes I wonder if there are Educated Illiterate people too :o) ?
No offence meant to anyone.
I mean what else can we assume by such behavior.

Take Care and God Bless you.
