I'm trying to think of a creative simile about someone running fast. I can't think of anything except "faster than a bat out of hell" which is extremely cliche. Help?

my name is polly; i'm 15.. i have liked this one guy, "jason" forever. last night was the first time we actually got to hang out, and i got to know him for as he really is.

let's just say i was pleased. we were reallyyyyyy flirty the whole night! then, as we were watching movies, we started cuddling a lot. he was moving closer to me and finally it ended up with his arm around me, me holding his arm, my arm wrapped around his stomach with his hand on my knee. lets just say i was really really happy...

unfortunately, this guy has a girlfriend. when his friend brought it up, he got really quiet and awkward about it. but is cuddling/flirting cheating? also, should i have shunned his advances when i have liked him for so long -- like a year?

I sometimes am concerned that my lack of belief will be discovered by my bible thumping director and used against me. Being that we are in a non-protected class (only religious nutheads get discrimination protection) and would have no recourse, do you ever let it be known that you don't believe?

Neighbors on two sides of my backyard have webworms in their trees. When I see them in my trees, I immediately cut the infected growth away. However, they seem to be getting worse and I am unable to reach those in the tops of my tall trees. Is there a prevention insecticide I can spray my trees with?

This has started to develop this past week- he'll deny being afraid of the dark or monsters under his bed, but then he'll beg to sleep on the sofa over his bed. He says he's afraid he'll be "taken" through the window in his room by someone, as in kidnapping. What should I do?

As an American who is an icon of the business world, and on the verge of selling off a placebo of a company to a rather gullible Brit, I would like to ask the above.

It is of great concern to me that anobody in the US get wound up at all by british "royalty." This is the only link that brits have with their once golrious past, but I wonder how it is that they glean any hope that they may rise from their dismal socialist existence. Do Americans pay attention to brit royalty because they may have familiy links? Because they may simply feel sorry for the brits? These may be valid charitable reasons, but think folks, the more you coddle a socialist, the less productive they will get. On the flip side, it makes them feel good, and even more gullible in the negotiations.

So back to my side issue, should I complete the sale of the non-performing dental division to the brits? It would be a tidy little profit for me, and help me get rid of a non-performer.
