This time of year best is to do things during am hours and early afternoon hours. The rain usually starts in the later afternoon hours when the sea breezes collide. The rain usually doen't last long, sometimes a few minutes-sometimes a couple hours. You should have no problem getting a tan..without sun block you can be burned in about 15-20 minutes. Even if you get caught in the rain at Disney..they have alot of indoor activities as well.

In florida this time of year there are usually afternoon thunderstorms so plan everything for early morning through about 4-5 pm. some days the rain starts as early as 2. So get an early start and rest in the afternoon for an evening of fun in Orlando.
