I got surgery on my elbow. it was an ulnar nerve transposition. There were some muscle tissues involved.

I have been rehabbing for a month. But i had to come back to school and i do rehab by myself( with indications from my doctor of course)

I'm looking for ways to generate tissue faster, and reduce the swelling. I have almost no pain, unless I do hard movements. The doctor recommended progressive muscle strenghtening.


PLEASE HELP!!! I want to know of every kind of remedy possible, heerbs, medicine, exercise, massage....just about anything could help

we have been dating for 2 months, last weekend, he took me dinner, we went to see the show, he spent about $200, so I wrote him an email to thank him for the wonderful weekend. but he didnt reply, so I called him bcos I miss him and asked him if he got the email, he said yes, then he said he had a good time too. he says he prefers face to face talk, then phone calls.
but b4 we used to exchage emails a lot, does this show his less interest? I know he has access to internet during work and not that busy.
by the way, he went to do a std test today as I require him to, he told me he is interested in long term and we regularlly date on weekends, but Im not sure how serious he is to the relationship.

I have seen so many people on here say they dont like rhyming names. Are my kids names really that bad. I picked them because they are different, well they were when I named them. It's not like I'm going to change them but are they going to get picked on for having rhyming names?

We have been friends for a long time and my best friends boyfriend called me one day and asked me to get and room with him! I freaked out what do I do sould I tell my best friend.
I am scared she will be mad and me and i will lose her. She has always been there for me.
I am scared to go to there house cause i can not face her or him.

I had a miscarriage 29 days ago.... this past Thurs, fri and sun i took preg test and they all came back postive. I am having symtoms breast sore, lower backache. Do you think it is the HCG from the miscarriage? REMEMBER... 29 DAYS AGO MY HCG WAS ONLY 264...???

k im gonna be a freahman in highschool this year and in the winter im not really sure what kind of shoes to wear...like i have UGGs and sneakers and maybe flats in the winter...can anyone think of any other winter shoes for a 14 year old ? especially i dont know what to wear with skinny jeans cause i think flats and sneakers make my feet look big with skinny jeans...hmm so yeah any ideas ? thnks :]

This is my second pregnancy and I feel the worst pressure ever. It is worse if I sit or lay on my side. It even hurts to push on my belly a little bit. The only thing that really helps is to stand. If I am standing and bend over a little that hurts too. Is it possible for the babies head to be engaged? I know that it is early but that is what it feels like. I go to the doctor in the morning but I am wondering if any one else had this same problem. I haven't had contractions or anything its just a constant pain. It almost feels like the same pain that you have when you have your first few contractions but just constant. If the baby is just sitting that low would that also cause that much pain?
