I had a miscarriage 29 days ago.... this past Thurs, fri and sun i took preg test and they all came back postive. I am having symtoms breast sore, lower backache. Do you think it is the HCG from the miscarriage? REMEMBER... 29 DAYS AGO MY HCG WAS ONLY 264...???

Oh no...you are pregnant.
I had a miscarriage last year and it should take at the maximum 2 weeks for the levels to clear out of your body especially since yours was only 264. When I miscarried, I had a level of 850 and went down to 2 in a matter of 16 days. You need to go to your doc.

I am so sorry for your loss. After a miscarriage, your body will ovulate around two weeks after the HCG drops below 5, and then your cycles should return to normal. So it is possible you are pregnant again if you ovulated this month.
Another possibility is that there is a small amount of tissue left in your uterus that is still producing tiny bit of HCG. The most sensitive pregnancy tests can detect a level of 20, so it doesn't take much to make the test turn positive.
You should see your doctor as soon as possible to determine the cause of the positive tests.

It is quite possible the bfp is from the levels of the last pregnancy. Usually, it takes 4-6 weeks for the levels to completely leave your system, but...
Your levels were only at 264, so, my guess is if you have been sexually active since the miscarriage, you may be pregnant.
The only way to be certain is to have an ultrasound, so you should contact your doctor and schedule an appointment.

I agree with the other answers, you need to go to the Dr. and have some blood work done to test your HGC levels, so you can find out if you are indeed pregnant again, or if those levels are still lingering from the miscarriage. I personally would think after 29 days, by now the levels wouldn't show up, but every woman is different.

Hi, I am 5 wks preg and I had dull aches in my stomache and groin too, it has eased off now, i was told it is your uterus preparing for pregnancy and as long as there is no bleeding, try not to worry. Easier said than done i know. Good luck xx

Anything is possible, I would assume you know you weren't still pregnant with another baby at the time.
I am so sorry for your loss, and it can do so much with your body. It isn't impossible to be pregnant again so quick, but the test being positive already is interesting.
