THE MESOSPHERE, Whats the MAXIUMUM Amount of H20 it Can Retain?

There is water in the MESOSPHERE according to what I have read. So far its just miniscule amounts spread thin.
However;
I read 2 articles about water way up in the Mesosphere (possibly cometary water)

How much water can the mesosphere retain before we have a disaster on our hands and it all comes crashing down on us?
If it comes down, will it release the Kinetic energy cause when it entered the atmosphere in the first place at thousands of miles a second,
OR, has that energy already been radiated back into space.

best food?

Ok now I'm confused. Every one has said something different about food. My vet recommends science diet. My friend who's a dog breeder recommends Iams. The woman I adopted my cat from said Iams tests on animals so get purina. What's the best dry dog and cat food? I want to give them the best and I don't think I'm doing that right now..Dog is eating Iams puppy, and cat is eating purina pro plan (it had higher nutrients than science diet did..) Thank you in advance.

what is the name of this old arcade game machine?

I dont remember to much, but when i was little, i was at a party at peter piper pizza, and my friend invited me to play this game. i remember it was a fighting game. it wasnt 2-d like street fighter. it was more of a 3-D, where the characters looked real. anyway, my friend and i were played against each other. she chose me a girl to fight with, and my teamate was the same girl. she was so mean. anyway, we fought, she was using a guy to fight. all of a sudden, my player stopped and started kissing the guy, and it hurt him. i eventually beat her. thats almost all i can remeber. can anyone tell me what this is called?

The truth is the largest corporations with the most to gain paid out $50 billion in lobbyist money to get the trade agreements we have now, It is known as the largest wine and dine ever for the passage of this legislation, recently a study came out and it concluded that US citizens living wages have not gone up since we did the trade agreements so you see it benefits a very select few and average Joe is suffering because of it and it may even cause a huge depression and lead to a total welfare state. Think about it, if people have lost good paying jobs with benefits like retirement and health care and we have switched to a service economy and they are bringing in the illegals to compete for the jobs, it won't be long until average people suffer and will need government help or some kind of help. Face it people it was a major mistake.

Should I be concerned about heavy inflated hand veins?

I am a 19 year old male. I used to lift weights quite a bit and used to lift heavy weights until I could not lift anymore. I am a pretty thin guy with low body fat. I have had visible veins my whole life. Now however, whenever I am hot, or after a big meal, the veins in my arms when low drop down to my hands, which feel heavy, not painful, but awkward. They are definitely bigger and more visible than ever. What should I do? Is there a reason to be concerned? Will this go away? I haven't lifted weights in a while now because I fear that is what is causing/ could make it worse.
