i put this on the religion and spirituality section because this is where alot of evolutionists seem to go

my question is if evolution suggest that the earth grew it's self
and everything in the earth changed to meet the conditions of the planet vs the earth being created and everything being put here

if this is true then why is it that all the planets around us who are as old as earth if not older has not grown into themself

if earth can grow into it's self and create life that happens to be in tune with its conditions then why cant venus or saturn or mars or that funny planet lol you know what funny planet i mean

I don't expect free health care, yet I do deserve health care and have been refused by insurer"s because an ear infection that caused a hole in my eardrum. It's been repaired, it cost me $10,000 out of pocket with a "Private Pay Discount",Discount? I believe that health should be a thing everyone could have and that our government should be able to instruct the cash cow insurer's either to accept everyone for a fee. Or that the government (through our taxes should provide, even if taxes go up some) an "assurance" of health care to all people. I make close to $80,000 a year and can't be insured, crazy. The thought of being wheeled to the mourge because of no insurance before my time, or having my organs donated when I could be healed(more cost effective for the hospitals and doctors) is pure terrorisiom! How about the "War on that Terrorism?"

My 5 year old loves cartoon dont get me wrong like any other kid... But he rather watch cartoon 24/7... My husband and I have brought him outside to play and that last for like 15-30 minutes,we have got him toys and wants nothing to do with them,we play family board games and that last 15 minutes with him, also at night before he go to bed he has the TV on cartoons.. If we set the sleep on the TV he just turns it back on and we have told him when it go off its off for the night... Last night it went off and my husband got up to go to the bathroom and our son told him that he was scared to be in there because cartoons where not on... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US!!!!!

I know almost all animals are colored to protect them from predators. I have seen some beetles that are black, but their shell shines blue, green, and purple on the black, and it's weird that it is so pretty. I cannot imagine why that coloring would evolve, and how it benefits their survival. I apprecaite any help, especially if it's not too graphic, because bugs actually freak me out.

refuses to divorce but runs off and is know where to be found? I know a girl who's husband isn't signing divorce papers and has just run off and left his wife and 5 kids just so he doesn't have to pay child support. He is know where to be found. Isn't there some type of law that against this? This girl lives in Michigan and I really want to help her out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pike’s Peak? The Sun Road of Glacier? The Pacific coastal Highway? Death Valley! Smokey Mountains? A week through corn country? Follow the Mississippi? Or would you include Canada and Central America.

And where would it end? (New York City; Washinton DC; LA; San Francisco; Chicago; Atlanta?)

Love is something very special to be cherished. It's importantance in our lives can't be overstated.

Yet some christians toss the word about with such happy abandon that its meaning becomes devalued.

Isn't it an insult to those special people in someone's life when they declare that they love someone they've never met, don't know except for a few posts on answers, and disagree with on just about everything.......in an agressive manner?

The world needs a lot more love.

But more importantly, it needs people to CARE about everyone and accept that all people deserve to have a basic respect, dignity and freedom.

Do some christians mistake "care" with "love"?

Aren't they two very different emotions?

I have been attending a LDS Ward and I am considering joining because I really like their principles, which are very hard to come by in other religions. Anyway, when told that coffee could no longer be in my morning ritual, I was confused. I was told it was because caffeine is not good for you, but I was free to drink all of the sodas I wanted. I suggested that the sugar in sodas was more dangerous than the caffeine in a cup of coffee and soda also contained caffeine. Coffee is more dangerous because it is hot?!!!! I'm confused - no coffee, but you can drink a case of pepsi a day? Any insight would be helpful.
