without shutdown.Yesterday i saw some spark coming out of my ups I thought it was circuit spark..Will it is because of low charge?

Make sure the pc is OK. Plug it directly into a 120 v AC power outlet and fire it up and check it out. If it is OK then the problem is likely to be in the UPS.

The UPS may have detected a surge and killed power. See if there is a reset button the UPS; if so press it and see if the UPS provides power by plugging a 120 v lamp into it and see if the lamp lights. If it does, the UPS is probably OK.

If it does not drive the lamp, check both the battery backed outlets and the non-battery backed outlets. If both sides are dead (lamp does not work) replace UPS. If the battery backed side does not work but other side does work, you may be able to replace battery in UPS and be OK but this is not certain as the battery charge circuit may also be faulty.

If the UPS is over 5 years old, it is probably time to replace it.
