I take anti-inflammatories & muscle relaxers. I exercise. I wear a lumbar corset. An MRI test results today show 2 herniated discs. Now I have to go for physical therapy, too.
What other treatments are used for this?

im going to go gambling in louisiana next week and i know they serve free drinks when you gamble....i was wondering if that was true. and if only the cheap drinks were free or the good stuff to. i know u still should tip though. anyway....which drinks would i get if i want sweeter tasting drinks that are still strong???? i want to try a BUNCH of different drinks causeive never really drank a lot of mixed drinks. any suggestions??? also, what are other drinks th at are some of your favorites????

What des it mean if a person sees flashing brilliant white light about 2 inches thick and about 3 feet in length encircling around a persons head not in front of persons eyes but above and behind the head. have you ever seen one of those diet coke and mentos videos where instead of just letting it shot up like this http://youtube.com/watch?v=5xH67ed78S0 they close the top and shake it up then throw it on the ground how do you do that caz when i tryed it it all shot up before i could close the top what the trick to doing it and also i saw a couple videos where when they did it it didn't shoot up at all how do i avoid that?

Bush needs to pay more attention to international issues outside of the Middle East.

The world and its economy are changing rapidly and while the Middle East is important so are Asia and South America.

Simply maintaining regular contact, attending summits and other meetings, with our Asian and Latin American trading partners is critical given the growth of those economies and of their middle classes, which are consumers of American goods and investors in American companies and Treasurys.

It would appear that while the focus has been on Iraq, the rest of the world has largely been put on the back burner, with the exception of a few trade and currency talks with China.

He may be a lame duck President but it is never too late to re-engage, and that's what Bush needs to do.
