im going to go gambling in louisiana next week and i know they serve free drinks when you gamble....i was wondering if that was true. and if only the cheap drinks were free or the good stuff to. i know u still should tip though. anyway....which drinks would i get if i want sweeter tasting drinks that are still strong???? i want to try a BUNCH of different drinks causeive never really drank a lot of mixed drinks. any suggestions??? also, what are other drinks th at are some of your favorites????

Theres no such thing as a "Free" drink, you have to be gambling to get cocktail service, so in a way your paying for it. If your playing machines then the waitress will come around more often on the higher denomination machines than the lower. The drinks will be a tad weak and they will not use premium booze in them, it will be the cheap stuff. Go with rum and coke, be ready to show ID because its a kiddy drink, try screwdrivers, lemon drops, 7 and 7, Kahlua and cream or white Russians, daiquiris, fuzzy navels. As stated, the sweet stuff will really sneak up on you, its like drinking kool aid, your having a good time and next thing you know your puking technicolor all over the place, and you will have a raging hangover. Have 2 drinks, then have a bottle of water, then 2 more and another bottle of water, if your there for a long time maybe 2 more and then switch to water, drink lots of water after your done drinking to help prevent the hangover. Alcohol dehydrates you and that is what causes the hangover.

Good thinking , get good and plastered , especially when at the $500.00 a card table . You`ll bet BIG , and WIN big ! You can`t lose !
I`d order nothing but "harvey wallbangers" ........... a half dozen of them will definitely get you in a "gambling" mood . Bring a shaker of sugar in case they`re not quite sweet enough .

If you plan on gambling, I'd stick with anything that looked
good AND was NON-alcohol. If you haven't drank mixed
drinks before, drink few and slow, they creep up on you
in no time and will help you make a real butt of yourself.

Drink anything you like. If you drink enough, and it isn't very much, you lose your judgement, then your cash. Why do you think the drinks are free?

Yes the drinks is free, but it would nice if you tip them. no you don't have to gambing in order to get free drinks. you can get the free drink as long as you are in a casino.
