I Started 3 days ago. I Slowed Up On My Eating and i Power-Walk 2 miles every day on a treadmill
i guess im doing fine
just a coupple of ?'s though...
1. walking 2 miles at 3 mph takes appox. 42 min for me... thats bad right?
2. doing this the first day was hell. i went to sleep right after. the second day was a little better, i stayed awake. today, im feeling alot better, and even feel like i can go longer, mabey even do it at night. would you recommend it? or is this just a faze?
3.i dont eat anything before i start running which means yes i skip breakfast... a water and yogurt mabey.
advice?
