My dad's brother's wife is my aunt right? Well is my aunt's niece related to me at all even though theres no blood connection?

If your uncle is your niece's biological dad, then yes. If she has a different father, then, no. But she is related through marriage. I wonder why you ask, though. Are you looking to be intimate with the niece or do you not like her and want to cut her from you life?

Technically yes she is part of the extended family. You are "related by marriage". That phrase denotes that while there isn't a "blood" connection there is still a familial connection.
