My mechanic told me the reason my car wouldn't start was the alternator. He fixed it and charged me $300 (+tax+ $60 for towing)

Did I get a fair price?

I'm only 14 years old. I was a freshman in high school, and he was a 17 year old junior turning 18 in one month. He was on my bus, he lived right down the street from me. It was in november (2006) we started talking. We got real close and we were like together. We would kiss everyday in the hallway. He was a player, he was real good looking and everyone knew that he had the reputation of screwing a lot of girls. My best friend who was a sophmore, Dane, warned me over and over not to get involved with him, but I did. Then on december 15th we were hanging out and not much happened, he fingered me and that was it. After that he stopped calling me. We used to talk every night on the phone for like hours. He stopped everything, we only kissed a few more days after that. Then literally 1 week later he got a new girlfriend. All they did was kiss so he broke up with her and went to a new girl after 2 weeks. They were together

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 3 years now. We have grown up together and have experienced all of our "firsts" together, and now he wants to have a baby. In a way I do to but im worried and I don't know what to do. We love each other so much and we want to be together forever!! We both have good jobs but i dont know how much a a baby costs or if my family will execpt it. What should I do, should I have a child now or wait till i'm older? :(

I came a across this math problem and was looking for some math wiz's to help me solve it! Here it is:

My husband and I are going out of town for two weeks, we've had the fish for two weeks, so that will be a total of a month with no cleaning. Is this going to be a major problem? Right now the tank is very, very clear with no signs of cloudiness or dirtiness whatsoever. I guess I just want to be sure they will still be alive when I get home.

My son called with some bad news--- His doctor told him he has acute kidney failure-- his kidneys are only working at 10%. This happened suddenly without no pacific warning. My question is---- Will you guys pray for him? His name is Rob and he lives in Texas and I live 1800 miles away and cant afford to fly out there right now. He has a wife and two young boys. My boyfriend doesn't like sports. He has never been into sports and doesn't watch any sports on TV like most men do (should?). The closest thing to a sport that he participates in is when he works out or goes hiking or jogging. Well I was talking to my mothers friend Brenda (who is wise and experience with relationships), and I was talking to her about this and she insists that men who do not play or participate in sports are gay. She also said that gay men are obsessed with working out, and my boyfriend isn't obsessed but he does work out so she said that is another sign that he is gay.

He doesn't act feminine or girly he acts just like any other straight guy and he has a deep voice, and he certainly isn't into fashion or artistic stuff, so he doesn't seem gay but Brenda insists that he is because he works out a lot and doesn't like sports.

I need a second opinion (or several). Is it true that men who don't sports (but do work out) are gay? What do you think?
