for example somone places a pen in there had turns it around and it remains magnitized and stuck to the hand. like static electricity, how does it work? dont you have to rub the pen in your hand first for that?

I had some flys in my house that i couldn't seem to get rid of,between the door being left open and the damp weather and so on. I tried this tale of taking a ziplock putting a penny in the ziplock filling the bag with water, enough to cover the penny and taping it to the widows of the back door and windows. sounds crazy, doesn't it.?..It works!!!! Now, does anyone know why it works? if you have never tried this and have a fly issue... try this its amazing!!! if you have tried this and know why it works, please let me know. Thanks

I have a very close relationship with God. But, i have lost my iPod for about 2 months now. I have tried to live without it, but its hard on runs and falling asleep and stuff like that. I pray to God very often. But, for some reason he is not letting me find my iPod. I know i shouldn't rely on material posessions, but I saved alot of money for this. Also, i will definitely put prayerful songs on it when I find it. So, all i'm asking is a simple prayer. From you. To God. To help me. Please. I was wondering if I should take an independent study course next year in either French or Russian. I am going to be in eighth grade, with two english and math freshman classes. I took an IQ test last year and have a verbal IQ of 137. I'm also a capable straight A student. The course is set up so that if I start in September I have a whole year to finish. I would get high school credit for it. However, my schedule is pretty hectic and I don't know how I would handle another class. But if I do this course I could be a college sophmore by the time I graduate. Don't ask me how this works, it's just something my school counselor told me. In addition to my regular classes (there are eight of those), I'm taking the following extracurriculars:
Piano
Choir
Voice Lessons (probably)
Vollyball
Youth Group
So should I take the course or not? My parents said if I thought I could handle it I probably could, but I wanted to get someone else's perspective.

At the end of the movie "Music and Lyrics" there are a bunch of bubbles telling about everyone in the movie and the band PoP, and the book that was written about Drew Barrymore's character, and about Cora. Were those true? Was the movie a true story?

My daughter is 5 years old. She was born w/a lazy eye. We have been working on fixing it. I took her to a specialist, and she wearing, 1 contact in her bad eye and glasses with the contact, she is suppose to wear the patch along w/both of them. I noticed though I patched her eye for 1 week for about 4 hours a day. and I noticed her GOOD eye going crossed. That to me is a bad sign. Should I stop patching or should I countine with it?

i'm 14 years old and i want to be in perfect shape because i do alot of sports and staying fit would help me more. Eventhough i play alot of sports, i can never seem to lose weight, but only gain it. I've tried cutting fatty and sugary foods out of my day, but that didn't help. Going for long runs doesn't appeal to me either....any suggestions?

Hi everyone, I need some help with this!
I have been married to this guy for 13 Y. he is in the Military, now I found out he cheated on me, and they just had a baby... She got out of the Military, she wants more money from him. He told me that he wants a divorce and he is getting all the support from his family and his new girlfriend. I feel so betrayed and alone... He wants custody of our kids... My Lawyer told me... Probably only because he doesn't want to pay you childsupport... I am finally seeing the fake side and real ugly side in my husband. I told him they can have each other... but I also told him I want to go back home to my family (Norway) but he says "NO WAY"... How will I ever forgive myself that I came here to the US. I want to give back my kids what they never had... Family, Love & nice memories. Can anybody tell me something that will make me feel better? I'm allready in Counceling... but I feel like I would heal better in my own country, Family. Thanks for your Help!

I just fried some chicken wings and the first batch cooked too fast (the outside is perfect, crispy and dark golden brown, but the inside is a little raw (not too much, but enough to constitute needing to be cooked longer)... how can I fix this without putting them back in the oil?

I have 4 daughters. I use spanking as discipline in my home. I usually spank on clothed bottoms, but sometimes I spank on the bare (when they're really bad). What do you think (please don't condemn me, just give your opinion). Doesn't anyone else spank like this?
