Okay, here's the deal, I'm 21 and i recently hit the gym back up. I do a work out where it works my back, shoulders and chest. I do not stretch before...which is bad i know but my workouts aren't high level. So i'm doing my routine.... i sometimes don't do proper breathing so there is stress on my muscles..... few days ago my right shoulder, right side of neck feel stressed, and when i breath in through my mouth taking a kinda deep breath,my chest and alittle bit of my throat/neck hurt.
Now, i'm guessing it's because i haven't really worked out much and maybe combined with improper breathing while working out might have stressed my body out. Also, I wonder why the right side... my only answer to that is when i work out i notice my right arm feels more buff then my left(I write with my left, if this helps). So i'm thinking, since my right side gets more of a workout maybe this is why it's the right side only. When i went to sleep on my right side it starts to throb in my neck. Any
