...where can I buy Lebanese Wine (Ksara, Musar, Kefraya, Kouroum, Massaya)
I know some websites that sell VERY expensive Musar and Ksara, I'm looking for something around £10-£15 a bottle.
(I think it's a perfect gift for someone here)
and any ALMAZA beer?

I Live in DOha, and i wish we had almaza beer, Nope no almaza at all.
Actually if you want to buy any alcohol, you MUST have a permit accepted by your company.
