Dale never used the Senior,,and it was because june bug has a different middle name,,as did Dale ,the elder ,, from his father Ralph..Dale told ESPN once that he was not Senior,,and Junior got his as a nickname from the older racers,,Junior is not a junior,,as is Dale not a senior,,,,So can you please quit saying Senior?

I have met once (briefly) with my lawyer. We are meeting again sometime in the next two weeks. Doesn't my lawyer have the right to know what the evidence is and don't I have the right to know now that I have retained her? Everyone (within the court system) that I have called to try to learn about this pending (felony - criminal) case refuses to talk to me as it is brought about by the "Grand Jury" and all information has been "sealed."

I suffer from illnesses,and due to some reasons,was ineligble for disability,but im not able to work.I have been in a bad abusive marriage for 4 yrs.I am legally blind,cant drive and am totally dependent on my husband.I have no family to help me out,he wants me to leave and move to my mothers but i have a terrible mold allergy and my mothers house has tons of mold and last time i got terribly sick there,plus i have a slipped disc in my back and when its at its worst i cant walk.no one is there to help care for me,and my husband has abused me,now he saying he doesnt want me anymore cuz I cant do anything and he hates me he wants to live alone,.we fight daily it has become physically abusive,and ive nearly had a nervous breakdown,i do not want to live in a shelter for homeless people,im scared,confused,cant stop crying and above all else my health problems have become intol

I am in the process of writing a story, hopefully turn into a novel. I have been working on it from take to time, now I'm getting down to business. When I started to write the introduction, I pretty much layed all of the information out in the introduction. (Who The Characters Are, what they're like, about them, where they lie etc.)

Do you think that's coming on to strong for the introduction? Or do you think I should tell the information gradually throughout the chapters. If you suggest that I'm going to have a to of work to do!

I need to remove Norton from my computer. When I tried using the Add Remove Wizard, It prompts me to insert the disk. I no longer can find the disk.

I have use of a different program through my ISP and need to remove Norton first.

I have tried doing it by regedit, but there are some entries that will not allow me to remove them.

What next can I do?

hi! Last year, my school year in 7th grade was the worst! i did good in the beginning, butthen started to drop from A's to c's then to D's and then sometimes to F's. I was miserable. Inever showed it at school but at home, my parents would always get an e-mail from my teacher saying that i didnt get my HW done. Its not because it was hard, or my friends are bad influences, or my teachers didnt teach, i really had no clue why this was happening. I always got grounded and yelled at all the time. It was the worst year of my life. I have sat down with my parents several times and talked about and also went to counciling for it. Just for some reason i didnt know y i didnt do my HW. My parents had also had parent teacher conferences several times. I am not a bad child. I have 3 other brothers and are doing good. I managed at the end of the year to get 1 A, 1 C, and the rest B's. My parents werent that happy. Ijust want to know how to do better this year. I am really nervous. Afraid! help! :)
