If someone's god is said to disapprove of homosexuality, does that mean followers of said god should feel justified in legislating their religious doctrine into secular law?

Similarly, should it be OK for a religious group to legally require others to adhere to their dietary restrictions, or to pray in the manner they pray, or to deny themselves nourishment on fasting days?

and no criminal history to get a job as an OTR driver?
I do not generally do well in job interviews. My communications skills are not the best. I was working as a technician for a fortune 500 company for several years. Have been unemployed for the past year.

I have not yet attempted to find a truck driving job. I have heard that there is a shortage of drivers, but I suspect there are plenty of unemployed people who would be willing to give truck driving a try. If you have any knowledge of this industry, would appreciate your comments.

I'm an Actress. Not trained. I never took an acting class in my life but I will like to be an Actress and I will like to train myself well and I'm considering Juilliard for Drama. But what should I know about this school on getting in? I am definately preparing myself very well. I can sing, I'm very friendly, I got a good sense of humor I can work with anyone... those things are not hard for me to accomplish but what should I know how to do to even be accepted what exactly are they looking for?

Everytime I answer a question on Craigslist, lately some radical person comes out and uses the word, Homophobe, implyihng I have a fear of homosexuals. This is not true, and an incorrect branding of my, and what I stand for...so I decided that maybe they could be considered, Hetrophobic,..does that make sense?

Hi, My name is Mark. While working at a mortgage company, I was assaulted by my Branch Manager. I was punched in the face and had to receive 4 Stiches. I am now seeking to have a Civil Law Suite in the United States. I Would like to know, How I could subeoena the video tape for evidence in United States Court? Also with minor permenant scares on my face, How much of a monitary settlement would one ordinarily receive for undue mental mental anguish and permenant physicle damage?
