I love going shopping with my gf. And everytime she is usually asking me what I think, about the clothes, shoes, makeup etc. I don't mind at all. So if she wanted to pick out some new clothes for me, no I definitely have no problem with it. just because she picked it out doesn't mean I have to like it or buy it.

As shopping isn't a fun activity for me, there would definitely have to be some kind of incentive. A firm time limit would also be nice.
As for picking out clothes for me, that depends on how it's done. If it's the kind of stuff I like, no problem. If it's, "here, honey, this is how you should be dressing," then I'd be offended.

I wouldn't be offended by her picking out my clothes as long as her taste was the same as mine.Once in awhile is ok. As long as I am not stuck shopping for hours, looking at clothes.

As long as 'every once in a while' was something like ONCE of MONTH.
I'd have no problem going shopping for my self and her picking out stuff any time.

Personally, if my girlfriend just randomly asked me if I wanted to go the mall with her to help her shop or help me pick out clothes, I think that would be the epitome of a excellent day. I'd love to go out with her to choose clothes...

I hate shopping with my wife. I could take her up to an hour to pick out two outfits. When I go shopping it takes me like 10 minutes at the most. Then she asks me if I like it and when I say no, world war 3 starts. Save your man, leave him at home.....

once in a while i go shopping with my g/f and its ok...she doesnt try to pick out new clothes for me but may by me a shirt or two as presents

that is a personal taste issue about clothing.. sounds like she wants to change him and that has to be discussed before attempted.. start out with looking at magazines together mybe a clothing catalog.. get his opinion.. he may say yes, but has reservations. maybe he is uncomfortable about spending alot of money, on good looking stuff.maybe he has not leearned how to shop in quality stores. so try not to just take him out and buy it for him.. he is alot like u.. how would u feel if he did this for u? respect his tatse and help him to broaden his vision, slowly, patiently.

no i would not mind at all walking around the mall with with her and afterwards maybe stop of at a great resurant for a nice meal and share a bottle of wine together ,
as for picking out a new pair of jeans or shirt might do better than what i could pick

no i LOVE shopping with my female friends. and i'd be even happier if they picked my clothes, coz that means i'm sure they'll be nice. it depends on the guy, if he's a real hardcore guy, he wouldn't like it. he likes more manly things, like playing in the mud, being vulgar n stuff. its not a good idea to take them shopping.
