My weight is 82 Kg, 1st July I joined a gym, go there 5 days a week, burning 500 calories each time and incresing exercise day by day and also doing some abdominal excersices as well, and cut out my diet , not eating any butter, oils, just vegetables, fruits and bread. Today I checked my weight, that is still 82 Kg and there is no any difference at all, please any one can tell me when it will start to reduce the weight ?
