I've been working at this place for 3 years.One day my direct deposit isn't there.Since then they have been paying everyone cash and told us this is the way it's gonna be from now on.What do I do? Also we have an IRA with this company and they have been taking money out of everyone's check but they have put nothing in the IRA acounts.Do they owe us only what they took out of our checks or do they also owe the amount they pledged to contribute from their end and what about the instrest that would have been gained had they put the money in when they were supposed to.Also now that basically all their employees are subcontractors do they need to carry workmans comp,what if I get hurt on the job???This is in Miami,Fl by the way and I know this is a lot to shove in one question but any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanx

Hi, recently my Yamaha RD125 MK2 hasn't been starting up properly from cold or even when its warm and today i cant get it started at all. I cleaned the carb up and still get nothing. I tried kickstarting it whilst my finger was over the spark plug hole and it did not force my finger off so im guessing the compression is low? Ive also tried new spark plugs and fresh fuel but still nothing.

Does anyone know what i can do to make it start? This has only started happening recently and im guessing it might be piston rings or head gasket maybe?

I have just recently looked through some questions asked by other Yahoo! users for this question but my mind is still at indecision!

I have heard that it is harder to play acoustic, but that it'll be easier if I play that first so I can get the hang of it before going in electric. But if I want to play acoustic sometime when I'm older, I'll have to relearn it all over again and I really just don't want to deal with that. The thing I'm afraid of is that I might just keep playing the acoustic, and I won't get to play the electric anymore because I'll lose interest.

I have plenty of time to learn both as I'm still pretty young, so really all I'm asking, is which one to start with?

Religion is the mind poison that causes irrational behaviour, bigotry, suppression and discontent, so getting rid of it completely should go a long way towards stopping all ridiculous wars and idiots blowing themselves up on trains.

Poverty is what drives the good natured but less privilaged into criminal behavour, so if everyone was at least comfortable, there would be no incentive for crime.

Idealistic I know, maybe you think there will never be peace due to human nature, but don't you think those two things are a big cause of problems? Maybe you think there are other reasons too.

That seems ignorant to me. If one does not know what it takes to be a Christian; and no doubt doesn't have the desire to find out; how can one have an intelligent opinion. That is SO lazy.

Okay, I'm biased--I love-love Sinead O'Connor and have for 20 years, and I let it show here at Y!A, too. But I still found this quote from an interview very interesting:

"People often say, 'If there's a God, why does he let bad things happen?' We expect God to be perfect, but if we're made in God's image, then perhaps God isn't perfect. And that's OK."

It really struck me because I am so prone to saying, "It/she/he/they aren't perfect and that's okay," but it never occured to me to say that about my Gods....

Recently a service tech came to our home and was with my fiancée alone for nearly an hour. During his visit his behavior became inappropriately vulgar with her and scared her.

I’ve written a 6 page letter to send to him. Now I can’t decide whether to send it or not. He thinks he has permission to fish here, and he thinks he got away with his actions. The letter is stern yet as professional as I could be. No names/locations are mentioned.

Part of me says send it, so he that he doesn’t behave this way again around other women, and so he doesn’t show up on our property. Another part of me says to not send it or waste more energy on the issue. I have posted this letter at www.creativecamping.com (extra domain I had).

I’d appreciate anyone reading it and clicking on the buttons I created saying either “Send it” or “Don’t send it”. I’m really torn what to do. If I take any action at all regarding this issue, it will be sending this letter.

I know they always claim to stock top quality grocety items and try to appeal to the health conscious. They claim their direct link with their producers enable them to sell items for such low prices, while they package items in their TJ wrapping. I'm wondering if their low prices are a result of obtaining low quality goods. I often see recall notices at the checkout counter that warn about a product containing a foodborne illness or some other potential threat. I never see that stuff at conventional markets or health food stores. Has anyone else noticed this, or is informed on why this is?

i can start it but it will run a nin or so but is i were to gas it it will shut off like it runs out of gas.
so i started with the cheapest and replaced the fuel filter.
did the same thing so im replacing the fuel pump but what is the pulsation dampener will this have something to do with it also??it doesnt look important but is it?? can it be something else like a regulator or somthing?? iv allready puled the tank and pump also so what the hell? but if theres any thing i should know also id appreciate it.
