OMG..... i was just talkin bout that the other day.... i tried it with my friends and we flushed the toilet and the water was RED!!!! We were scared but then my mom told us she put food coloring in the tank.... lol!!!! I dont think its real but think what u want.... ♥

it doesnt. what it does do is scare you, i mean if you go into a bathroom, thinking your going to see a lady, that will kill you if you dont turn on the lights, with your friends or by yourself ( which will make you more scared) and then u say bloody mary 3 times, your bound to get scared, cause your jsut standing there in the dark looking into the mirror. your going to see a reflection from something in the bathroom. that will scare you, you might hear something from outisde or somewhere else in the house, that will scare you. but you wont see anything. that bloody mary thing has been around for years

I tried it at a party once about a year ago. We locked the door, and turned out the lights. It was midnight. We turned around saying "bloody mary" three times, then stopped and looked in the mirror, and nothing happened. No, it dosn't work. I know other people who have also tried it and it dosn't work.

I've never been brave enough to try it. I always think of the movie, "Candyman" when I think of the Bloody Mary myth.
So, how about if you try it and then you let the rest of us cowards know what happens!

I'm too chicken to find out. All I know is, it would be really funny to try that in a public restroom. Just shut off the lights and start chanting. Scare the jeebies out of somebody. lol

Tried with no luck. But the game "light as a feather" did work and its was weeeeeird.

no bloody mary doesn't work iv'e done it before i get when i do it but i'll always know that it doesn't work candyman doesn't work either

My friends and I used to try it when I was young but it never worked for us. It freaked me out but nothing happened.

I tried it, nothing happened. it doesnt work and isnt real. sorry, try it though, still might scare ya waiting for her to jump out.
