i can start it but it will run a nin or so but is i were to gas it it will shut off like it runs out of gas.
so i started with the cheapest and replaced the fuel filter.
did the same thing so im replacing the fuel pump but what is the pulsation dampener will this have something to do with it also??it doesnt look important but is it?? can it be something else like a regulator or somthing?? iv allready puled the tank and pump also so what the hell? but if theres any thing i should know also id appreciate it.

Choke may be sticking, or sounds more like the float in the carb is sticking in the closed position. After starting and it is starting to die tap on the bowl section of the carb if it starts back up that is your problem. Most likely gunk build up, STP gas cleaner will take care of that but will take a little

check the air filter and the exhaust. the engine may be suffocating.
