During World War II, it was said by many that Gen. George Patton was the best strategist in the Allied forces, but that Gen. Erwin Rommel was the best tactition of all the generals throughout the war, even between the Allied and Axis forces.

Could someone clue me in as to the main difference between the two? For example, what do both descriptions entail?

I know many will debate on who was the best general during the war, and everyone is rightly entitled to their opinions. All I really need is a detailed description of the definitions.

I am having an upper 2nd molar extracted tomorrow (#2). I was told if the oral surgeon determines the root of the molar to extend into the sinus cavity it would require oral surgery for removal, which will cost more. I have an xray of my tooth from my dentist. How can I tell if it is in the sinus cavity or not? I have tried to google for pictures, but have had no luck. Just getting a little anxious about the bill... not so worried about the removal, I trust my doctor very much.

Even when I'm in my house with windows closed, I can hear my neighbor screaming at her 5 year old boy. Several months ago, she yelled at him, "you don't want to go to mommy's bedroom, 'cause you know what that means!" And she yelled at him because he wanted her to read the same bedtime story as the night before. Well, last night at midnight, her screaming almost made me jump out of my skin. She even swore at him. He was yelling back at her to "stop it!" So after the yelling ended, she had the TV on very loud in her bedroom with her window open facing my window (we live 8 feet apart). The boy was up until 3:15 AM running around his room & jumping off his bed & turning his light on & off. What is a 5 year old doing up until 3:15 AM? Meanwhile, his mom never intervened...her TV was on loud thru the night so maybe the TV tuned her boy out & maybe she was asleep. Is this a form of neglect with the mother screaming at her boy, & the boy running around his room until 3:15 AM?

I'm a rising senior who is petrified of the dreaded "rejection letter." That being said, what do you think are my chances of getting into the following schools based on the information below? And, would it be a big help to raise my ACT from 29 to 30?

Schools:
-Washington University in St. Louis (ED)
-Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (received Rensselaer Medalist Award, $15,000/year scholarship to this school only)
-College of William and Mary
-University of Maryland College Park (in-state applicant)

Scholastic Record:
ACT: 29
SAT II: 660 Chemistry, 620 Math 2
GPA: 3.81 (unweighted) 5.05
Rank: Top 5%
..have adequate EC's and leadership

So, what do you think? Is it worth studying some more for the ACT to bump it up to a 30.. .just because the "3" looks better than the "2"?

Im goin 2 school @ Glendale community college California. soon.Im movin w/ a trailor n lookin 4 a nice area 2 live either on a very safe senic trailor park or most likely I'll rent a room.Im a massage therapist and won't get a job untill i move 2 Cali. but I need to be close to this school or @ least another community college close to LA. I want to go to college for general studies, presue acting while practicing massge. I love the outdoors, (hikin,mts,parks,ocean) Is there any areas that are chill around LA that provides good music and fun, art, nice people, spas (4 work), good food and thats affordable? I'll have a car, about 5,000 bucks, and no job. I could afford the most 600$+utilities a month even if its just a room.I'd travel 40mins w/ traffic the most to a community college near LA. I know one girl that lives near La whos a friend of a friend shes 37 i'm 22 not only is she a little older, which can hinder our simularities but shes only one person. I'm desperate 4 advice thanku
