My husband and I are in the process of relocating to another state, three hours away. I want to take her, but my husband thinks she will be happier at home, as she meows a lot and is frustrated when riding in the car. Also, we will be in and out of our hotel room, and there basically at night only. We will be busy looking at houses and traveling around. She's our baby, and I am so worried. We plan to leave a fresh litter box, plenty of food and water, but she is such a people kitty, and follows us everywhere. She has her moments alone, but basically will follow us from room to room. She especially follows me around. She sleeps in the same room with us, and when I get up to use the bathroom, despite how tired she might be, she will get up and follow me. I am very upset about leaving her, but my husband says I am overreacting. Will it cause emotional damage to her? A lady at an animal kennel said that cats are okay to be left alone 2-3 days? I'm not a nut. I just love my cat very much.

Im thinking of shaving my private area. I am thinking of leaving a close trim about 1/2 in wide and 1 - 1.5 inches long. The rest shaved, I already shave my legs.

My 3d cousin died when his son was 3. Now his son is 14. He was home schooled by his aunt on his mother's side. Who apparently, did a poor job. She left the kids alone. They looked up the answers in the book and turned the work in. He recently began public school and is struggling academically while being suspened on numerous occasions. He is unable to tell time. My neighbors down the street home school their kids. They play all day and are hardly ever inside. Mostly trespass and harass neighbors. I have heard of university students saying they were home schooled and received high test scores on the SAT's and credit by exams. There seems to be a huge inconsistancy. I know it depends on the school and how the parents are evaluated. There shouldn't be such a contrast among home schooled students. Opinions and comments?

OK...I never have really liked my brother's girlfriends (he has only had 2!!) but anyway. He met this one girl from his friend's ex girlfriend. This girl is 17 and my brother is 19. I am his younger sister and I try to tell him if things don't work out she can tell someone he did something to her and he get into trouble. My mom said that in the beginning too but now she is like just don't marry her or sleep with her. And its one of the employee's at our family's business step brother's daughter...but I don't want him dating her because its summer and its my time with him and if he gets a girlfriend I won't ever see him. Also I am known to be a bitchy little sister but when I tell him he goes nothing will happen I won't forget you but when I want to hang out he will be doing something with her. What should I do?

I always hear people say they cook with wine...
I want to start adding it to some of my dishes...but not sure what to buy..
Is there a certain cooking wine that I can have on hand for most dishes...or do I have to buy many?
Also..I can find these in a grocery store right?
