Here's the original Amendment II from the Bill of rights; keep in mind it was ratified in 1791:

"Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

I do not know what this means. I am going to ask a few ridiculous sounding questions to get people to think. I'm not pretending to know; times are different, I am not clear what the founding fathers imagined.

Do we have a "tightly controlled" militia? What is a militia?

Why did they use a comma after the word 'State'. It seems like two different unrelated sentences. 1) tightly controlled militia 2) the right to keep and bear Arms. Was punctuation (commas) used differently in 1791? Are these supposed to be related ideas; how?

Does the right to bear arms guarantee every citizen the right to walk down 5th avenue in Manhattan with a rocket launcher or machine gun? "regulated"?

I know this question has already been asked but what i know about pcs and laptops is pretty much nothing. I knownhow to turn it on and thats about it.

I have a laptop and it keeps constantly re starting - boots OK windows Logo appears - gets almost to the start screen and shuts down and does the same again - same thing happens in safe mode as well it scrolls all the text in safe mode and the restarts.

It had been running fine. Went in the bath and it had restarted itself. Any help in basic step by step instructions would be great!

I have these 4 friends. We use to be close, but haven't really talk since an incedent took place a few weeks ago (they were working on a project without me- which wouldn't have made me mad. But I noticed that when they saw me in the distance they tried to act like they didn't see me. Which really irritated me and caused me call them out on their bluff by stoping to say hello to the Bit$%^ and wishing them well on the project). Now anyway- since then we haven't hungout or even really talked. So now my question is why do they still feel the need to talk about me behind my back? From what I know, not serious stuff, but they always seem to be trying to get into my business like indirectly making fun of my car my appartment, and lack there of social life. I never even asks about what these ho's are up to. so I don't unerstand why they care. Someone give me insight as to what there deal is?

i bought a used car, when i removed the front plate there are 2 holes that has beed drilled in the front bumper!!
how can i cover the 2 holes? so it wont be visible (any ideas)
